mram is operated by Jayesh Joshi (sole proprietor), Bengaluru. Contact: hello@mram.si.

This policy explains what personal information mram collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. mram is a marketing agency run by Jayesh Joshi and his team. If you have any question about this policy, email hello@mram.si.

1. Who is responsible for your data

mram, run by Jayesh Joshi, decides how your personal information is used and is responsible for it. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@mram.si.

2. What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name, so we know who we are speaking with.
  • Your email address, so we can reply.
  • Your company name, if you give it, so we understand your business.
  • Your message and anything you choose to include in it.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments. If you become a client, we also keep the contact, billing and project details needed to deliver our services and issue invoices. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health, financial account or identity document details, through the form.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call if you ask for one.
  • To prepare quotes, proposals and plans you request.
  • To deliver our services, send invoices and keep the records we are legally required to keep, if you become a client.
  • To keep our website and inbox secure and free of spam.

We use your information only for these purposes. We rely on your consent when you submit the form, on the needs of a contract when you are a client, and on legal obligations for accounting and tax records. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you clearly ask us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of trusted service providers who handle data only on our instructions:

  • A form-handling service, which receives what you type into the contact form and passes it to our inbox.
  • Our email provider, which stores and delivers our email.
  • Our web hosting provider, which runs this website and may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

These providers may store data on servers in other countries. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within 12 months of our last conversation.
  • Client records: kept for the length of our engagement, then for as long as accounting and tax law requires, usually up to 8 years for invoices and related records.
  • Server security logs: kept for a short period, normally no more than 30 days.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage: whether you chose the Day or Dusk theme. That value stays on your device, is never sent to us and can be cleared in your browser settings at any time.

We do not run analytics today. If we add visitor analytics later, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required, ask for your consent first.

8. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar data protection laws elsewhere, you have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • ask us to correct or complete inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
  • object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information;
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity;
  • raise a complaint with us, and with the relevant data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our response.

9. How to request deletion or exercise a right

Email hello@mram.si with the subject “Data request”, tell us what you would like and the email address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and aim to complete them within 30 days.

10. Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to our inbox and records is limited to people who need it, and we use providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.

13. Contact and grievances

For any privacy question or complaint, email Jayesh Joshi at hello@mram.si. We reply within one working day.
